Approved. @docusaurus/tsconfig 3.9.2 -> 3.10.2 (website) — minor/patch bump, scoped to package.json + lockfile. Rebased onto development after the hatchling<1.32 cap (#740) landed; full CI green on the fresh run. No source changes, no API surface affected.
